Glenn S. Reynolds | FOunder and president
Glenn S. Reynolds earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, graduating as a member of the Honors Program. In addition to his JD, Glenn earned a Doctor of Ministry in Redemptive Leadership and Organizational Development from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he also graduated with Honors.
Glenn’s vision for the Reynolds Law Group is to come along side clients, particularly churches and non-profit organizations, to help them solve problems and protect dreams. He views the practice of law as a calling that demands effective and ethical lawyers who serve clients and society.
In addition to his law practice, Glenn is the president of Reynolds Leadership Group, a non-profit corporation that assists churches and non-profits with leadership training and organizational development.
Before founding Reynolds Law Group and Reynolds Leadership Group, Glenn served as the lead pastor of a church plant that grew from fifteen to over 600 people, as well as the tenth pastor of a church that grew from 1,500 to over 2,500 during his tenure.
Glenn and his wife Amberly have been married for over twenty-five years and have three incredible children, ranging from middle school to college. He and Amberly enjoy traveling, walking their dog, Kingsley, and spending time together with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other.
Grant J. Reynolds | Vice President
Grant is an innovator, marketing fanatic, and pastor. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from Regent University and will be pursuing a Masters of Theological Studies at Regent University in the fall of 2018.
He is responsible for revitalizing the marketing departments of universities, Grammy award winning artists, politicians, and a large scale non-profit organization that reaches millions of people a week. Under his watch, he took a marketing department with a heavy downward trajectory that was beginning to lose followers and revitalized it into growing to over 2 million "likes" and initiating engagement with 7 million people a week.
Most recently, Grant and his wife Nicolette, have started The Gathering. What was initially meant to be a small group for college students has grown, in under a year, to a weekly Sunday service reaching over 100 people of all age ranges. In addition, he serves as an associate pastor at Coastal Virginia Church.
Grant and his wife Nicolette were recently married in February of 2017. While they don't have any children yet, you can see them walking their dogs, Thaddeus and Oslo the Lion (not a real lion), through Downtown Norfolk. When not there, you can find them sipping Americanos at their favorite downtown coffee shop.
